I work in an estate agents as a weekend negotiator and it has gone very quiet. Could be a temporary blip who knows? It always goes quiet around Christmas and it feels like it's come early - very early!0

So possibly lower house prices might not be such excellent news to the extra 700,000 people who find themselves out of work over the next few years! Perhaps the price of the house they were hoping to buy might be the least of their problems, what do you think?Every generation blames the one before...
