If we vote for Brexit what happens

The pound also almost immediately rose again.
Not sure how brexit has affected people selling, although I've read several articles as a buyer that states more funding is being given to banks then there has before to try and encourage further spending, which is great for potential buyers if true, and for sellers in a way.0 -
I'm glad you put IMO as that is just what it is. You have put off buying for the best part of 20 years and missed buying at prices unlikely to return. Most people think it's best to get on with thier lives rather than trying to guess the property market. I though my daughter had made a mistake buying in 2007 but last year she sold her house for 30% more than she paid for it.
What about the people that didn`t sell last year, do you think they will make such a profit? Your daughter isn`t the market, any more than my opinion is.0 -

She's not interested in making a profit in fact the hpi has not benefited her because she has had to pay more for her new house. The point is it's very difficult to tell what is going to happen so you either get on with your life or delay in the hope that prices will fall.
The point is that people who didn`t sell last year are unlikely to get the price they hoped for now?0 -
We won't have a trade agreement with Europe for months or years. That's going to be an uncertainty any inward investment will consider when deciding where to allocate capital. No point investing to take advantage of a favourable exchange rate if you don't know the terms of export to the EU.
Quoting from economics 101 won't change this.
And as for finding a positive in the trade deficit reducing because things we like to buy have dramatically increased in price is brexonomics at its best.
No idea what you are trying to say: I was just saying what 100% of economists would say about the effect of a currency devaluing.0 -
Why would I say this? What I said was the onus of proof was on the person making the statement, not the person reading it. Keep up. Maybe you can't read properly through the white hood.

Wow you really have a large chip on your shoulder Joe.
Do you call everyone that disagrees with you a racist.
Do you honestly think I wear a white hood or was that a racist attack towards me because you know I am white british.
People like yourself are the very ones that make your average joe on the street (no pun intended) want to stop people coming to our country.
You cant use the racist word every time you don't agree.
So it also seems your quotes are not what you thought they were and are just loans.
Perhaps its YOU that cannot read properly Joe or maybe you just have trouble comprehending what you are reading.
So as well as the chip on your shoulder you also have egg on your face.0 -

No, only racists.
I'm not calling you racist because you're white british, I'm calling you racist because you say racist things and act like a racist. As are many other people. How many people need to think you're a racist before you realise the issue lies with you? I don't see how this is my problem at all.People like yourself are the very ones that make your average joe on the street (no pun intended) want to stop people coming to our country.

And they will be loans for the projects Archergirl mentioned. White hood again, keep up.

Careful. Baza has a report button and he's not afraid to use it. There's a naughty step with my name on it.0
