Regarding a Plan, there seems to be a blueprint floating around; some may have seen this but if not read it for yourselves!
By the way, it's in code:
Trying to cancel my National Trust membership

Union, not Disunion
I have a Right Wing and a Left Wing.

I agree the government of the day should have provided proper resources to develop an outline exit plan.
They didn't and we are where we are.
However having suffered for 40 years in the EU, I guess we can suffer a little longer.
OK let's agree the government of the day should've developed an outline exit plan. Leave knew the importance of such a plan and yet couldn't even put together half a side of A4 on the subject. Pure negligence.
Not a surprise though. Gove and Johnson were having a kiss and cuddle just a couple of days ago and are now best enemies. If they couldn't hold it together for a couple more weeks there was no chance they could've had a plan that would've satisfied the kippers.
You haven't suffered.0 -

Boris (and May for that matter) will more than likely be in the cabinet if Gove is PM and similarly both Gove and Boris are going to be in the cabinet if May is PM. The Tories will reconcile their differences and get on with it. Labour, on the other hand, are experts in self destruction in these sorts of scenarios.
The Tories will get on with it I'm sure but what leave looks like is very much going to be decided by Conservative party members.
I don't care about labour other than their complete lack of interest in providing a decent opposition.0 -
I wonder if Boris was already concerned that even if he made the run off against May hew would lose it and so was actually quite happy to have a reason not to run this time? After all May is 60 and so will not serve forever whereas losing and coming second is probably enough to prevent a future attempt.I think....0

what point are you trying to win?
we all agree it would have been better if there had been a properly funded brexit plan.
The leave had no mandate or budget to build a significant plan; in any event it would be pointless unless we had know who the government would be.
If I consider I suffered from being apart of the EU then I did.0 -

I'm mainly enjoying you not being able to criticise the leave leadership in anyway whatsoever. You can't even concede leave should've taken some responsibility for providing a clearer picture of what leave looks like when it was clear the government weren't going to do it for them.
Would it have killed them to put their heads together and got a few bullet points together.
- Article 50 to be invoked within x weeks
- no free movement of EU nationals etc
I know you'll say they had now power to implement this but it would've come in right handy now we're wondering what you lot voted for.
Oh well, it's up to the blue rinse brigade now.If I consider I suffered from being apart of the EU then I did.

The New Zealanders have got our Backs! (Bless Them!)New Zealand offers UK its top trade negotiators for post-Brexit dealsNew Zealand has offered its top trade negotiators to the United Kingdom, relieving the British civil service as it prepares for the strain of seeking new deals with countries across the globe.
The Telegraph understands that the Commonwealth country has made an offer to loan staff to the British civil service, which has few trade negotiators of its own.
Wellington’s olive branch came alongside an offer to discuss a trade agreement with the UK, which would help Britain get out of the starting blocks and begin replacing the trade access lost as a result of the Brexit vote.Experts say that drafting negotiators will be crucial for forging new agreements between the UK and Brussels, as well as with more than 50 other markets with which EU members currently enjoy trade agreements.
Murray McCully, New Zealand's foreign minister, confirmed to the New Zealand Herald that he had had a discussion with Jonathan Sinclair, Britain's High Commissioner to New Zealand, on Monday.New Zealand itself has been successful in striking deals with partners around the world. The country enjoys eight free-trade agreements, including deals with China and Australia. It has also concluded talks with the United States, Canada and much of the Gulf, although these agreements are not yet in forceJohn Key, New Zealand’s Prime Minister, has said that the country will work with Australia in arranging new ties with the UK as it withdraws from the EU. “Where it makes sense we [New Zealand and Australia] will co-operate together,” he said.0 -

If you wanted my opinion of the people in the leave campaign you should have asked; just as if you wanted my opinion of the people in the 'remain' campaign you should have asked.
In my view a plan was irrelevant: the key was to win the argument for brexit.
We didn't vote for a PLAN, we voted on what was on the ballot form.
Who would have voted differently if some-one (with no office or authority) said 'we will invoke article 50 in xx weeks' given we didn't even know who the PM would be.
Who did you think had the legal authority in the brexit camp to say 'I will invoke article 50 after xx days'?0
