So you think in this environment UK banks are going to continue to lend top bubble prices for London property? I don`t.

Theresa May seems very competent. Boris has just said he will not run for PM.

Stephen Crabb voted against same-sex marriage so he is not the right person for the job IMO.

Yep, I like her, although I will probably vote UKIP for a while, but she looks very competent to me.

I imagine that rather depends on the LTV.
  • We have been considering for many years now about buying a holiday home in France part deposit and the rest with a French mortgage. Does anyone have any advice on whether we should do this sooner (before we leave the EU) or wait until it all settles? Many thanks

They already do, just if you can pass the affordability and stump enough Deposit which is the major hurdle.

The MMR has made sure of this and ensured a more sustainable lending.

The remain campaign disintegrated last Thursday night and the leave campaign has disappeared like a puff of smoke. The figurehead for leave has just been stabbed in the back by his second-in-command.

We're leaving the EU. Then what?

Did Stan ever get back to us about that plan?
