We will be left to stew in our juices and suffer the fallout from this idiotic decision and then we'll have another referendum or.......... Brexit light will be offered in the manifesto of certain candidates if there is a new election.
Libdems saying they'll run on a stop-brexit ticket if there's an early election.
Might be a good proposal to the remainers?

Don't blame me, I voted Remain.

this really would be a quandry - if [*party i generally disagree with on basis basis of its economic policy*] stands on a remain basis but the [*free market capitalist party*] stands by leave I would have a very tough decision......

Or will all parties (apart from UKIP) split in 2?
Left is never right but I always am.

As warned repeatedly, if you want access to the Single Market from outside the EU you'll continue to pay the bills, continue to have freedom of movement but have no say in the rules.

    Idiots.

I see that as the most likely outcome, i.e. we stay in the single market, we still pay fees, we have less influence, but we do have more say in our own affairs (that wasn't a big deal for me). So overall a bit worse off, and went through a load of hassle for nothing (that is our best hope of course, there are much worse possible alternative scenarios).

I'm an economist not a psephologist but FWIW my guess would be:

    - Tories could split, they have before over the Corn Laws
    - Lib Dems seem united on Europe although universally hated for sucking up to the Tories to gain power plus the kiddie fiddling thing
    - Labour: !!!! knows. Who can say honestly what the Labour Party stands for now?
    - UKIP: unelectable under Mr Farage but if they get a decent leader in then who knows.
    - SNP Wild Card. They decide to contest the Northern UK seats.....?

I guess it depends on whether you think the inevitable compromise leave deal arranged by the tories will be better or worse than the labour party's ability to run the economy in general.

Regardless of Brexit the economic outlook isn't exactly fantastic for the next few years.

so are you agreeing that anyone that moves to a different country must live a sad existence lol.

No wonder London is so depressing these days.

It isn't an easy decision to move to another country, sometimes I think about it, but as well as having ties here, I also really like the summers here in the UK. It isn't so much about wanting a hot climate (I don't), I just like the outdoors, and hiking (and gentler walks too), jogging and cycling are much better in fairer weather than our winters deliver. We will probably leave the UK every year for about 4-5 months to escape the winters, and have the best of both worlds. But I wouldn't criticise someone that emigrated in search of a better life, there is a slim chance that we might end up moving to the Isle of Man, but that will depend on a few things, which are yet to be explored.
