Cheers Conrad.
Although I rarely agree with you on this matter, I really value your posts and positive attitude - a breath of fresh air against the backdrop of fear, hate and division spewed by other brexiters on here.
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.0 -
I've just seen Mr Trump on telly.
Have we just inspired his campaign for presidency?
I read a lot of comments from friends and relatives across the pond. The conversations over there aren't that different really.0 -
I think the Remain campaign was the worst I can remember - all mud-slinging, scaremongering and FUD with no substance; once you stripped away all of the guff, there was nothing of any substance whatsoever.BTW congrats to you Remains, you argued well and stood your ground, so no crits from me, it could have gone either way
If they had run a decent, positive campaign, they may well have persuaded people that it was worth being in the EU.

Been sent an ' I'm devastated.., Farage's vision won' email from the Liberal Democrats. In my reply I said it wasn't Farage's vision that won, it was the UK people's vision and desire for change that 'won'. Time parties stopped patronising the UK public and time to get in tough with what matters to them, rather than what matters to the Tories.0

Will the young ever forgive us?

'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father. Not screaming and terrified like his passengers.' (Bob Monkhouse).
Sky? Believe in better.
Note: win, draw or lose (not 'loose' - opposite of tight!)0
