You obviously not heard of "Compliance Managers" who work for financial institutions. They follow the law, EU law.

You obviously have no idea how complex regulation is in the EU. Yes London has long wanted to go "rogue" with loose regulations like "unnamed country" and "unnamed country" but many of us thought Britain was a civilised FINANCIAL country. That was before Brexit. We now watch and wait.
