I really can't see Aberdeen Property prices recovering. The only future for the City is it's University. Oil will become a sideline.0

No, I live in Wiltshire. Originally bought in 1997 in Oxfordshire, sold and rented for a while 08-12 and then bought again.
I don't think I've ever interacted with you before, just looked at your previous posts, you're quite obsessed with Hamish and Aberdeen aren't you considering you live in Wilthshire
This is my favourite prediction of yours 17-03-2010, 11:57 AM:The !!!!!!!! is finally running out...... HPC here we come0 -

This is my favourite prediction of yours 17-03-2010, 11:57 AM:
The one place in the whole country that's taking an absolute kicking price wise just happens to be where the king of gloating HPI resides.
It's a shame that the crash prediction didn't come true(yet), a lot of young FTB would be in a much better place. Well, outside of Aberdeen anyway. I don't have my main source of income dependent on overpriced housing and the resulting misery for those wanting a secure place to live at a sensible price.
Personally I'm better off for moving to Wiltshire and wold have been regardless of price movements as it is cheaper in general, like for like.0 -

Yep, his gloating has been severely restricted recently, nothing but a good hard HPC could have done that....:)0 -

Not the many young FTBers who actually bought houses in or before 2010. But that would of course have been their righteous punishment for fuelling the bubble and denying the HPCers their God-given right to cheap houses.0 -

Does he gloat? I've not seen that. I have seen him post his thoughts backed up by statistics. Which is then rounded upon by the resident crashaholics.
Things must be bad for you 2 though, if the only victory you have is celebration of the perceived loss of a complete stranger.0 -

As opposed to daily slagging off complete strangers from a website that won`t let you post any more :rotfl:0
