A looming Indy ref will see property transactions and trades like building take a hit. Lots of Scots are small c conservative (academic work has shown this) and fear a socialist nirvana.0

Aberdeen (City) prices are estimated to be down around 2.8% down for the first quarter. What with Brexit, and now Indyref2, they'll only be going in one direction for the considerable future.
Should have bought in Westminster.:D0 -
Aberdeen remains the only major city in its research where house prices have fallen year-on-year, down 9 per cent.

Yep, prices and rents in a 30 month long (so far) crash/bear market. All standards of property affected. ASPC saying prices will continue to fall though the whole of 2017.
Aberdeen will return, when the oil price returns. It is a matter of when not if imo, but it could be quite a while. When will oil get back up to $60 again let alone $100?0 -
