Or for your issue contact sainsburys and tell them what you are being told-probably the best option

I twittered them and they ask me to email social@nectar.com so have tried that, but thank you very much for your advise and will follow up if no joy from above email.

but i want to get the work done with them but they are saying they can't pricematch as they reckon the parts cost more than the total i've been quoted by mr clutch even though they would buy the parts from VW????:eek::eek: i've phoned VW CS & they are looking in to it now so hopefully i don't have to move my car tbh i feel that the franchise is trying to rip me off

I go back to work tomorrow. Am both excited and apprehensive. More apprehensive after an episode today whilst sitting down and my bladder decided to spontaneously empty through my belly button. As to work, I do hope all goes well for you. Perhaps if you explain to your colleagues your possible problem then if the worst comes to the worst it wont be half as embarrassing.Also if you lower your chair you wont be bending over as much which may help. Anyway I do wish you luck..x
