I'm pretty annoyed at myself for paying £60 to have my name changed a while ago! The document came with a wax seal and everything grrrr.
Problem is, I used it to get my new passport in my new name but the original deed poll plus 4 copies are lost... I would have ended up paying £12 for another copy had I not come across this thread!
My question is, do I write another one myself? And for which date? I won't be able to get hold of the original witness.OS Weight Loss Challenge... 3.5/100
