    I mean what could the bank do? Can they seize my money? Block my account completely despite the transaction not bring fraudulent just because the sender said he didn't receive it?

    They can't seize your money because it's not theirs to seize. They can block your account if they think it's being used for illegal purposes. Have a read of your Terms and Conditions.

    Then get down to the bank and give them the information they need.
    If it sticks, force it.
    If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
