how do you know this was the bank , have you phoned YOUR bank on there LANDLINE number or are you taking all this by TXT ?

They can't seize your money because it's not theirs to seize. They can block your account if they think it's being used for illegal purposes. Have a read of your Terms and Conditions.
Then get down to the bank and give them the information they need.If it sticks, force it.
