    back to the beginning bank "txt" me , that does not sound right , BANKS RING CUSTOMERS , not play about with TXT messages


    do the BANKS own mobile phones ?

    banks do send text well mine does when they think a card has been misused or when i set up a new bank transfer

    simple txt asking you to ring a branch , but not a full conversation as this would break the DPA

    Why didn't you sell it on eBay?
  • Bank transfers aren't safe for the buyers, only safe for the sellers. Seems this has bitten you in the bum.

    You should always keep confirmation of sending a parcel until the buyer receives it. If you have sent over half a million parcels you should know this.
    I understand this, and yes I should've. The buyer said he received the item only a week later that he called his bank to tell them he hadn't received It. That's why my bank is investigating this one transaction. Any, what will my bank do? What legal authorisation so they have on behalf of my account and the money Sent?
