£157.50 cashback from TCB for opening Co-Operative Bank Acc

Well still no payment. I was hoping because July's were paid on the 24th possibly ours would be, so here's hoping for something later this month. TCB won't even let you submit a 'Payment not reached payable' yet!

Ive opened a co op current acc online. They sent me letter asking for proof of address/identity documents...

Unfortunately the branches seem far and few between and my local one has shut down.

How have people gone bout posting these? Not really keen on a £8 post office proof of docs job!

Will they accept uncertified photocopies?. As this thread indicates mine was so long ago I can't remember what happened.

Did you switch or just open the account? I just did the latter as T and C did not say had to switch so wondering whether that could be reason why. (I was also an existing customer so this was a second current account I opened with them.)

I'm actually struggling to remember as it was so long ago, but I'm pretty certain that I never switched, based on the earlier discussion on this thread. Will go through my records when I have a bit of time...

It was however my first coop account and I have been paying in £800 and paying out 2 DDs every month since January.

My £157.50 also confirmed today ( on top of the £105 confirmed some weeks ago)

I suppose it's only a matter of time now for both to be paid...
