  • Morning.

So the last day 2017 is here and I can't say that i'm sorry to see the back of it, here's to a happy healthy wealthy 2018:beer:.
We are having a quiet evening at home, going to make buffet tea for us and play board games and watch films. DH is up at 4.30am for work tomorrow so I doubt he will see midnight.

Finances checked this morning, received a payment of £2.50 into paypa1 and sold an item on ebay over night so have sent £12.50 to holiday savings, also made a TT of £1.32 to general savings. I have decided that survey/ebay money is allocated to holiday savings and TT to general savings, that might change later in the year but for now that is how i'm splitting it.

Need to continue decluttering and I am also going to start taking decorations down but might leave the tree for a couple more days.
Need to make soup and an apple crumble, bread and milk out of freezer and everything today to be eaten from stores.
Need to get out for some fresh air and exercise at some point so will take the dogs for a walk with DH.

    To do-
    Finance. DONE.
    Wrap ebay parcel.
    3x ebay listings.
    make soup.
    Make apple crumble
    Take down house decorations.
    Mount Washmore x 3 loads.
    Generel tidy.
    Declutter more bedroom.

    Finances today -
£1.32 TT to general savings, £12.50 to holiday savings and £5 amaz0n voucher redeemed from survey site.
    Weekly Grocery budget 29/12/17 - 4/1/18 £100/£96.50.
    NSD 2.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE xx.

Thanks Chanie, my focus is going to be on staying healthy and making wealth, DH and I have been talking about his future and the fact he can't continue getting up at 4.30am every morning and working a hard outside job for 12-14 hrs a day when he gets into his 50s, so we have 10-12yrs to try and save so he can at least cut his hours down a bit and get up at a more sensible time when he gets to that age. We have also been talking about retiring to somewhere warm.

Thanks for posting MeenaM, I'm just going to do cheese and biscuits as we have loads of cheese in, pizza and bits I have in the freezer that I have picked up over the last few months when whoopsed such as chicken goujons, samosa, sausage rolls, also have crisps. dips, hoummus, cakes, chocs and mince pies, so a nice picky tea. I hope you manage to get some nice bits with your nectar points.
