Placed a large amaz0n pantry order consisting of teabags, dishwasher tablets, 52 toilet rolls , sanitary towels, cereal and toothpaste, don't have a clue where I am putting it all. But i'm going to keep doing this with amaz0n voucher and hopefully it will save me money in the long run.0

I haven't looked into Amazon Pantry yet, is it worthwhile?
Sounds like you've been very productive.
You've certainly had an eventful year, but you've come out of it stronger and things can only get better from now on. Here's to a fabulous 2018

Hi sunaddict, some items are the same or cheaper than supermarket prices, for example colgate toothpaste 80p, I usually pay 99p in supermarket. also got always sanitary pads for 95p pack, cheapest I have bought them on offer is £1.50 in supermarket.
I'm using amazon vouchers from surveys rather than cash so hopefully it will reduce grocery bill and I can put what I save into ISA.0 -
Morning. Not a great start as I ended up having an argument with DD as she couldn't find all her PE kit, the PE kit I told her to sort out last night, the PE kit that she said she had got ready. Apparently it's all my fault for washing it, because of course i'm the worst mother in the world for wanting her to be clean and tidy and not smelling like a tramps armpit:mad:. GIVE UP.
Also DS has managed to get an afterschool detention on Friday, basically for being a complete prat and doing something totally stupid, hasn't hurt anyone but just been a d1**head and I think the teachers have had enough, he was quite upset last night as the school finishes at 1pm and he will have to stay until 3pm and can't go into town with his mates. Told him I felt sorry for the poor teacher that can't finish early because they have to sit with him.
Meeting with friends this evening and somehow I have managed to forget to buy one a present so going to have to nip to the supermarket for a bottle of vino, was hoping to have a stay at home day, never mind.
Banking checked and £11 has gone into account from surveys, so have sent it over to savings. Couple more amazon vouchers redeemed £16 and £10 just waiting for them to be sent.
Ab£l and c0le sent me a voucher for £15 off a £30 shop, so have ordered a large fruit and veg box and some butter, milk and eggs(chickens not laying) which is being delivered on 23rd, hopefully this means I won't need to go near a supermarket between Christmas and new year.

I have also ran out of paper on Christmas eve in the past and ended up using birthday paper, brown paper and a brightly coloured plastic bag, good job my kids don't care what it is wrapped in :rotfl:.redofromstart wrote: »Better than realising at midnight on Christmas Eve...

I don't want to go to the shops either and I know I will end up buying more than paper, my will power is pants at the minute, although I did exit NEXT online sale without buying anything.WannabeFree wrote: »I really need to get wrapping paper too, but I just don't want to go into the shops
