Craftingmad it makes me smile every time I see it and I really think I'm going to make more. Good luck with your business idea.
I've done the back and one side of my DGS cardigan and am really loving how the wool is knitting up even tho it's taking a while, little needles thin wool.
Rosie that skirt sound lovely I really want to be able to make clothes, and wow going from 25 to 100 items.
Just go for it I am in my 60th year of sewing having started when I was 3or 4. Start simple and go for it.
I knitting too and have started to knit again after a lobg break from it.

I got my sewing machine out yesterday and managed to get it to work but then realised I don't have anything to sew yet but I am going to unpick a skirt and see if I can change it to straight rather than flouncy at the bottom. I will finish DGS cardi today as they are visiting tomorrow and I want to see the fit before I make anymore things for him, he's 10 months so growing like a weed :)

    Hi everyone,

Great progress being made. Its lovely to see you throwing yourself into the challenge. I know it really helps me to stay motivated :)

I've made 10 cards today using my die cutting machine and some scraps of card. Not a load of stash was used apart from the cards and envelopes but I did get rid of 2 full A4 sheets of cards, lots of little scraps, some gems and some double sided tape. Plus the cello bags to put them in so I guess its better than nothing.

I'll try and upload some pictures to my blog when I get a second :)

    Happy stashbusting :)

Hello :) I'd like to join this challenge please, I just spent £15.48 on crafting supplies yesterday on the spur of the moment :o

I've just moved from my own flat back into my mum's house. DM has given me a crafting room :j but it's currently a bathroom so need to wait until the builders have been before I can use it as a crafting room :rotfl: Most of my supplies are currently in storage but I have LOADS to use so that shall be my goal this year. I know that if I go cold turkey, I'll fall off the wagon and revert to splurging needlessly, so I'm going to budget £20 a month to spend, that'll include essentials to finish off projects and any bargains that pop up :D As I use my stash to handmake gifts for birthdays etc I think it might be the fairest option?
