No i really don't get it, are you actually telling us that you post one thing but you actually mean somthing else?
I can't help you if you are unable to read things properly and understand the context they are written in.
Enjoy your new relationship with BykerSands.
Putting you on Ignore now.

Bye
you seem to be obsessed with byker sands and it is clear to see that he has gotten to you in some way
I don't care who he is or what he posts but you obviously do
you are constantly contradicting yourself in the things that you post and then whitter on about people not understanding the context they are written in
Strange indeed0 -

You noticed that too?
He's been banning on about hybrids, when hasn't got one and has never owned one. He has been arguing with an owner. As usual Bigjill knows best. When another use posts about his hybrid experiences he then posts.Interesting info.
Certainly different to the what I have been told by Prius driving friends.
Though I did put forward the caveat that their idea of a motorway journey was Gatwick or similar.
I doubt many vehicles will ever better the economy the give round a City or Town when in traffic.
It's fair to say he and his PH mates talk that much crap none of them knows what's real or bull.0 -
the biggest issues with tyres in the UK is the stupid 1.6mm legal tread limit. Far too low for a wet country. What amazes me further is how many cars you see when walking around with tyres even balder than the minimum. Not just old banger either, fairly expensive cars. But I suppose if the driver has the latest mobile phone etc etc they think they have their priorities right.0

Is it time yet to fit winter tyres in SE/Central England?
Please don't tell me they are unneccessary- they are not snow tyres, they are a rubber compound designed for temperatures below 6/7 Degrees.
So how will temps trend in the next couple of months?
If you have them sitting there ready to fit?
Do you have a convenient indoor place to fit them?
If yes to both I would wait till the forecast is for colder weather.
If you have to do them outside then you risk the weather turning and it being a uncomfortable 20mins(assuming you have the kit).
Might be worth just picking the next dry window and sicking them on.
For a purchase I think it' probably worth leaving it this year.
One advantage of swapping them over at some point it give you a chance to get the current set cleaned.0 -
Have you even read the thread?
Or are you just jumping in to get your back slapped?
The reason for the double spacing is to make things easier to understand for people who finds things difficult to understand.
But then you don't actual have an opinion do you?
Yes I have read the thread and most of the other threads that you have derailed.
What a paranoid, patronising, pillock you are! That is my opinion.
I would have thought somebody that knows as much as you think you know would realise that people reading the thread will understand which posts really are full of "dross" for themselves.
How many more threads are you going to ruin with your pathetic silly arguments! e.g.The alternator was never designed to fully charge a battery.
The fact that you post something does not make it correct however many times you post it, even double spaced "to make things easier to understand for people who finds things difficult to understand".and some may even believe the crap that you post.0 -

I changed mine before that, but only as it was slipping on set off when wet, I guessed that with winter on it's way, was a good time to replace them.
That said, the tread is not easy to see on some cars and I have to lock the wheels to get to the tread to measure the depth.0 -

He'll ruin every thread he is question or challanged on.
You'll be the next on he threatens to put on ignore and the mysteriously quote you.0
