Press Win+X (Windows logo key and X key) at the same time.
Select Control Panel in the pop-up menu.
View by “Category” and click on Hardware & Sound.
Click on Sound.
Select Headphones and click Set default button at the bottom.
In some cases, there is no headphone option alone but Speakers/Headphone. If that’s your case, select that and click Set default button at the bottom.
Click OK button. Proceed to next solution in Lenovo Z50-70 Laptop Manual- guideusermanual.com/product-name-z50-70-laptop-manual&po=331389&lang=English if this solution doesn’t work for you. .
