Is AA Financial Services Ltd and BOI staffed by a bunch of incompetent people ?

"I got an AA credit card in December to transfer the £3000 balance from my Tesco credit card. AA sent a statement with the new £3000 balance showing, but the amount never left the Tesco card. I phoned up AA, they said they made an error with the sort code and gave me £50 for the trouble. I asked them to do the transfer again... I've again received an AA statement with a £3000 balance, but the money still hasn't left the Tesco card yet.
I phoned AA again and it said it can take 10-15 days for it to go through.
I'm about 10 days in now... Has anyone else had this trouble? Is it an issue with Tesco Bank or AA?
Am hoping it's sorted before the next due date at the end of the month!"0 -

I will say yes, here are my evidence and all of my evidence could be found here on this MSE.
1. People have been sent the wrong card, e.g. it should be a Balance transfer card but was sent a non BT card.
2. They fail to do the electronic verification. Many people are already in the electoral role, have other credit card, bank AC yet they still ask the people to submit extraneous paper work, e.g. ID verification, Address Verification, Bank Detail, Employment detail.
3. The documents could only be certified by Solicitor, Accountant, Bank or Doctor. So they do not even understand the document certification procedure here in the UK. From here https://www.gov.uk/certifying-a-document e.g.
From official UK gov website, the ID could be certified by bank or building society official, councillor, minister of religion, dentist, chartered accountant, solicitor or notary, teacher or lecturer. Doctor and staff in Post office are even not on the list
4. They have representative here, although claim to be an official representation of AA Company representative they do hit and run, they just provide a generic answer and never come back.

After looking into all of the answer from The AA Company Representative. It seems it is a generic answer asking people to contact through chatting. .Many companies allow people to chat and people already know this without being told this option.
There is no point The AA Company Representative. Presence here just to tell people to go to the chat room.
I have itemized my points and I have presented evidence from people showing AA incompetence. As this is a discussion forum. If you could explain / counter it in this forum. There will be a great alternative. What have been done to improve it? It might not be yourself but you might want to bring this issue comment to your AA Financial Services Ltd division and posting it back here in this forum.
As for myself I do not need an AA credit card anymore. I already have a Tesco Bank 0% interest on BT with zero BT fee which is already approved in just six minutes with generous credit limits. No draconian paperworks have been asked …0 -

You seem to be suffering from some sort of delusion that you've compiled a compelling dossier that warrants action, when a bit of casual reading around on here will show countless similar claims against numerous companies, rarely inspiring people to try to start some sort of crusade....0 -
