Tesco Credit Card Transfer issues

I got an AA credit card in December to transfer the £3000 balance from my Tesco credit card. AA sent a statement with the new £3000 balance showing, but the amount never left the Tesco card. I phoned up AA, they said they made an error with the sort code and gave me £50 for the trouble. I asked them to do the transfer again... I've again received an AA statement with a £3000 balance, but the money still hasn't left the Tesco card yet.
I phoned AA again and it said it can take 10-15 days for it to go through.
I'm about 10 days in now... Has anyone else had this trouble? Is it an issue with Tesco Bank or AA?
Am hoping it's sorted before the next due date at the end of the month!
