Hi,
Does anyone know who "CROSS TERRACOTTA CD 8370" is? A couple of debits from my Mum's account coming out- different amounts at regular intervals and google comes up blank.
Thanks.

Where has she used her card recently?• HSBC (Main A/C)
• Halifax Back up A/C
• Lloyds (Spending) A/C
• RBS Back up A/C
• Barclays Old A/C
• Nationwide Old A/C0 -
I would suggest that your Mum calls her bank, they will be able to tell her when and where the payment was made and what type of retailer it is (pub, restaurant, convenience store etc). This should help her recognise the transaction.0

What type of transaction - DD or Debit Card?
What amounts?Optimists see a glass half full
Pessimists see a glass half empty
Engineers just see a glass twice the size it needed to be0 -
Cross terracotta is the retailer but CD 8370 are going to be the last 4 digits on your Mum's card.
I would ask her if she recognises the amounts as some retailers use very odd wording on their transactions. Maybe go through some receipts or even emails if she shops online. as Hellza says, i would call the bank asap and query. if it turns out to be a genuine series of transactions that is fine, but if there is any doubt it should be raised without delay.0
