  • further to advice on here i copied and pasted a reply and emailed it to LDK I have heard nothing since.
    I have today received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus saying their client has referred the matter to them,should i reply or just ignore it?

    report LDK to the BPA for escalating this to debt recovery whilst an appeal is in progress

    enclose copies of all correspondence, the appeal email and the DRP letter (PCS is DRP too)

    Good lord, it is not rocket science man, do some reading, either get your head round it or pay the bloody thing.

    the client may well have referred to DRP.
    The job of DRP is harass you and threaten you and send A4 size toilet paper. They have no power and at the end of the day, they must refer back to the principal.

    It is a very tough life for debt collectors right now ... shame

    Someone will advise you what to do with LDK
