Busy day in the shop. Two sets of curtains to shorten, 8 pairs of trousers and 3 dresses too. All came in in the first half hour we were open!
I'm going to be very busy as I have Roman blinds and flags, and bunting as well as bridesmaids dresses, and wedding suits to do.
    All good.
Tonight I am very tired though.
Had salad for lunch and salad with a beef burger for tea.
Just looked out some girls bedding etc for someone who is desperate. So that will give me some space and my good deed of the day.
    Mum comes home tomorrow.
Really do need to sort out a car! Somehow.
I better do a bit of manifestation work then!

Staff is going to take me to look at a car tomorrow. I won't be able to afford one as new as I'd wanted, but with the money I had saved I'm going to try and get one.
The council can take any funds they need in instalments.

The bedding etc has been collected.
I am watching a recording of long lost family then I'm going to have a soak in the bath and then have an early night.

Of all good plans of mice and men!
I never went to bed early. Instead I watched Endeavour. Then I side tracked on my finances. Shuffling funds around, and looking at my best options as I'm going to test drive a little car today.
My Mum comes home from France today. So getting a car really has been a priority.
I'm going to play the money shuffling game. If I buy the car, although I have the cash, I'm going to put it on a credit card, so I have cover under the credit card section 75 is it?
Then before the month is out, I intend to do a 0% balance transfer from one card to my other card.
They are offering me 24 months.
So I will clear one card completely.
Then I will use the car savings money to pay the current balance on the 2nd card. This will leave me with the exact same debt as I already have, but at 0% for the next 24 months, rather than the 22.9% Apr my card has.
Then the amount on the card divided by the 24 months, even with the 1.5% fee.
The amount my new lower budget had ear marked for credit cards will cover the amount needed to clear the card in the allotted time.
So I will have then cleared all my debts in 2 years, replaced my car, and reduced my outgoings to fit the reduced income.

Phew, no wonder I was up late looking at all of my options!

I woke early with a nightmare, and so I have been up this morning since 6.10.
I'm all ready for work now.
So I'm off to make my millions! Hehe.
    Have a good day everyone.

Apparently my son is getting married next August. Although he hasn't told me yet. It was on his gf's facebook.
I mentioned it to Biggest just now and she said she'd known about it for ages!
What happened to my family? Nobody seems to bother with me unless they want something?
Oh well leave them to it, they are obviously surviving and getting on. Perhaps they are finally all grown up and being independant! Yeah!
Although it would have been nice to have been told and not just read it on my news feed on Facebook.

Mooloo It seems to be the way a lot of young people do it these days, announce things to everyone at once on FB rather than telling people individually. If your son knew you were hurt, he'd probably be surprised.

I read recently of a couple who announced their baby's arrival on FB and didn't tell any family members individually, even the baby's grandparents :(

I'm sitting in my Mums house ready to surprise her when she gets back. It will be a surprise as I only went and bought myself my shiny red sports car.
Taxed, Insured it, and drove it away today!
    So it is a surprise.

Good for you Mooloo - and you can turn around to your offspring and tell them "I've bought a car - therefore I cannot finance you"!

Mum was happy to see me. Took her to the shop for the supper and breakfast things. Chatted over a pizza and I'm now home.
Mum liked the car, could get into it and out of it again, so that's all I need.
    Now to relax.
