It's called just soya by sirdar it's says double knit on it. It looks and feels like that knitting cotton really but it's very soft.

Think I'm going to go through my cross stitch stash tonight and find a chart to do Dh a valentine card as my next project.

Love your blanket Dakota. I can't post directly form my iPad onto here but I used a link I'd posted onto a knitting forum I go on.

So far my plan includes the following:

Making twiddlemuffs (knitted hand muffs with attached buttons and ribbons) for dementia sufferers.
Design and sell new toys for charity.
Make new cardigans for myself with stash of yarn.

I will post photos and more ideas later!

    Happy New Year everyone.

It's great to see so many familiar faces back again.

These are my first cards of the year. And so it begins!
These are classy. My BF would love these! They have that glamorous thirties feel.

Two of January's cards; one for my little sister's anniversary and one for my friend's daughter. Hard for me to get a good photograph in artificial light at this time of year. That baby blanket looks so snuggly Dakota. I've uploaded x stitch 2011 and 2015 just to reassure myself that what feels like HOURS of stitching has made an impact. This year I'm stitching everyday having decided that it's the things we do everyday which have the biggest impact! I do it after I've had tea, been out for a walk and finished my school work. I'm finding it quite relaxing!
