    Good news:

I've paid another £272 off the CCJ arrears, so my balance is below £9k and I've only got 33 payments to go.

    Bad news:

We've only got £122.70 to last the next 2 weeks. I get paid 2 weeks tomorrow and OH gets paid 2 weeks Friday, but I'm not getting any more DLA (£82.30 a week, which was a massive help :().

So I need to get some more money coming in quickly. We're expecting the £7.05 from the DVDs we sold and I'm going to try and list some stuff on Gumtree today/tomorrow.

Our internet has been down the past 24 hours, so I haven't had the chance to do much online.

I'm going to try and get at least £50 from Textbroker over the next week. Payment requests have to be made on Thursdays, so I won't be able to get that much until next week. I'll then get the money a week Monday (which by then, we will probably be totally skint).

I'm at work today, 4-8. I'm meeting my friends at 3 for a coffee before. Seeing as I don't drink coffee, I'll not buy anything.

Better get something to eat now before leaving to meet my friends. Don't want to cave in and get some food at the coffee place.

It gets paid monthly, in arrears. So I'll get just over £300 on 29th March.

    My prayers have been answered!!

Restons have just sent me a letter offering me a reduced amount on my CCJ debt with them. I've got until Monday to call and make the reduced payment and the debt will be gone forever!!

Now I just need to find £6,473.60 by Monday :wall:

I feel like writing back to them:

    Dear Mr Restons

Thank you for your extremely generous offer. However, seeing as money doesn't grow on trees, I'm very unlikely to be able to produce £6,473.60 out of thin air in the next 4 days. If I had that kind of money just lying around, I doubt I'd be in this situation in the first place.

If you ever feel like giving me a settlement figure of around £200, then maybe we can talk. Otherwise, don't contact me again.

    Yours sarcastically

Days until pay day - 14
Money in account - £121.71 (£1 is on hold for some reason)
    Money in purse - 7p :(

I've listed 3 things on Gumtree, at a value of £35 altogether (fingers crossed they sell). I've also ordered a free Mother's Day card and I've got my eye on a present on Amazon (I'm around £8 short of money on my account, so will see what I can get over the weekend).

Significant progress in the past hour. I'm 50 points away from a £2.50 Amazon voucher on Opinion World. I've also just discovered that Pinecone now offer £5 Amazon vouchers. I had 600 points, so claimed a £5 voucher.

I've got to get ready for work now (5-8 tonight), but will continue with OW when I get home, and I should be able to order mum's present tomorrow :)

Oh, and someone has texted me about one of my Gumtree items. It's on for £10, so fingers crossed.
