Not caught up with everyone but needed to pop these down whilst I remember:
3p COS
25p Shopitize
30 Tesco points where OH went shopping without the card.
BREAKTHROUGH: OH has admitted the Tesco vouchers help when they come through! So my squirrelling of points isn't quite so daft! :T
Oh yes and he'd emptied his pockets on the floor again the other night but failed to retrieve a 5p piece, so, in the 5p jar it's gone. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Hey Crazy Cat Lady - it is what that money is designed for, to help out when you and your kids need it. Plan a great holiday somewhere nice, and if you can, borrow an English Heritage / National Trust family card off someone you know and use that on seeing local stuff near to wherever you decide to go.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Ooooh, for those of us who do the GfK daily media view survey, Tesc0 have joined as a partner so you can use your points for Tesc0 evouchers - and if you win the draw, when you log on to get your vouchers you can choose whichever retailer you want, not necessarily the one they say on the draw, so a draw for £25 at Tescos for 1500 points will get you the same voucher code as a £25 draw for Sports Direct for 600 points, the winning code they send you is valid for any retailer you want to choose. Just for half the points!
I really hope someone can understand what I am going on about. My brain is fried from the Mortgage people, who had dropped the amount, demanded a larger deposit, changed their minds and offered even less, changed their minds again and offered the full amount over 26 years instead of 25, and then remembered they had forgotten to arrange a valuation survey so it won't be done until 2nd March now, when they will no doubt demand more bank statements before deciding to drop it again. Not impressed at all.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Hello busy Wombles
Foxholes -agree. Shopping with smalls is not conducive to bargains. Sorry the mortgage process is not smoother.
Autumnleaves - it's great when significant others get on board isn't it.
CCL - why shouldn't your children have a lovely break. That's what the money is for. You work hard enough don't you. Let someone else take the strain for once.
FunBrum - well done on finding that fiver!
Muhren - that's sods law isn't it on the beans" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Managed to get a few groceries for free using my Mr T voucher. Got coffee, tea, washing up liquid and milk using the £4 off. Only had to put 10p towards it. I know you can stretch your vouchers further by buying a meal out or a day trip but on this occasion I'm happy to save on groceries." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Afternoon all. Wild, wet and windy here again. I'm learning to love the drowned rat look
Battled to Tescos for next week's lunches as, despite Small insisting he wanted school dinners, he announced this morning he'd stick with a packed lunch. Argh! Nothing "lunchy" in, so toddled off to get a few bits and spent £64
Did find a few bargains and got a price match at the till totalling £8.06 plus I collected 5 eggs this morning, so that's another 50p to my running total too...
Well done FunBrum on finding a fiver - lucky you! And congratulations autumnleaves on the conversion of your OH to womble status. My DH is very proud when he comes home with valuable wombles - I think it's become a bit of a challenge/game for him to try to out-womble me :rotfl: I don't mind at all - the more the merrier! He's on his way back from collecting a bargain flood barrier and although not a womble, it was a huge bargain, so he's very pleased.
Ooh, ooh - forgot to add Small's roadkill of a penny yesterday0 -
Eventually get a chance to catch up. Some great wombling going on.
My latest are
£2 tisco Voucher
72p in coins..a 50p 20p and a 2p
found a comb out walking...boots label still attached so never had been used .. was a bit grubby but washed up a treat.
£10 shop scan voucher
all the best to everyone0 -
Got 25 points Clubcard points for this month's Tesco Views survey, mostly used it to complain about how unreliable their Pay-At-Pump service is at their petrol station.0

Just back from a blowy walk to Asda and just uploaded the receipt, so today's wombles:
20p Shopitize for broccoli
1pm COS
Still no more roadkill this year, everyone must be being super careful around these parts!!This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
