I will do my best to use the wombling tips on here.
My daughter has given me some old toys to carboot or sell on Gumtree.
    Hopefully that counts....does it?

    Hi FunBrum

It certainly does! and from my experience of boot sales people now are looking for perfume, kids toys, kitchen wear and ornaments.

The last boot sale i did got cut short as the heavens opened, but in the 2 hours me and my mam were there we made, i think it was £120.

    Hi...Thanks for you reply.
I love carboot and spend most weekends from April flogging my wares! ;)
We don't seem to have any local carboot during the winter time. I'm looking for an indoor carboot to make a start!

Found 31p roadkill and also helped a friend out by clearing her bric-a-brac as she's moving house and hasn't got the time to list on ebay so she said I can sell these as thanks for moving them :) some pretty good pieces of furniture so I'm hoping to make around £30-£40 on these.

That is a brilliant start! Get it in your wombling score now :)

Welcome FunBrum. I'd say that counts for sure. It was something free that you've got and can now sell for profit. If you have anything good try ebay. I had a woody toy of my son's that was just a pull string with several phrases in good nick but very played with. We got £20 for it! He was utterly delighted.

  • Forgive me if it has already been asked but can I count money from surveying and MSing? (I get reimbursed any money that I spend so technically I get things for free)

As it's still 2015, I'll add this here :) Another penny wombled from OH today. He'd dropped it out of his jeans pocket on to the bedroom floor - again - so, in the pot it went :)

Also gained another 3p from him when out shopping as he gave me the money and left me at the till, so I kept the coppers from the change.

And I remembered to add my wombled receipt from the other day.
