    Hi Autumn
I always note any wombles here as I go but I use the vouchers in the case of Mr T as I am never entirely sure how their points to ££ works out.

    Hope that helps

    Bob

I think Tekkies CC points work out 100 points = £1 so if you accumulate 500 points you should get a £5 voucher off :)

Schools are back, so on the round trip yesterday I managed 21p roadkill.:j

Came home and did the laundry and the dryer rewarded me with a shiny £2 (must have come out of DH's hoody)

Saw someone had left out a sturdy laundry basket on the pavement on the way to pick them up from school, but we came home a different way so I missed it, or so I thought, but it was still there on the way back this morning, so I nobbled it. - they often leave things out on the side of t'road ( two months ago it was a keyboard and stand in the pouring rain ) I did knock on but nobody answered.

  • Escaped from paying £5 car parking again today. Received £9.40 into the bank from shopitise and £9.42 on its way from Quidco.

As it is NSD no 3 today, I stayed well away from any shopping establishments, no other wombled, or road kills.

I am so impressed by how much some of your scores are mounting up already.

I used £5 in nectar points today to buy some nappies. However I can't count that as I gained the £20 worth of points in 2015. The was the last of them being spent.

  • I went for a 40 minute walk during my lunch break and spent the entire time looking at the floor for roadkill. Didn't find so much as a penny, clearly the people of Cambridge are now so broke they can't even drop money or leave it on the floor for long.

I also realised that there is a LOT of rubbish on the Cambridge streets, mostly cigarette ends, clearly the Council doesn't have enough street cleaners.

Hi guys, mind if I join you? Dizzy Imp just pointed me in this direction when I mentioned the pennies I've been collecting up. My friends call me Womble, it's nice to know I'm not the only one :rotfl:
  • Nothing for me today. :( Another day of being too busy to look around school and too wet to look around outside. Ah well...

:D great to have you join us!

DH is on a roll. He went to a work show today and not only did he get some good prices on future purchases for his company, he also arrived home this evening with a thermal travel mug and a dongle (I think they're called flash drives ?) Ebay have similar travel mugs for £4.99 and as I'm not sure what size memory the dongle has, I'm plumping for an 8GB option which is selling for £2.83.

DH's aunt gave me two packets of Uncle Ben's rice as she didn't like the flavour today. We aren't that fussy and they were just the job to go with my pork casserole this evening. £1.69 a packet online with Tesco... Total for the day £11.20.
