I too am a YS lover. I don't know why anyone would not shop that way given the chance. £s in your pocket for something you would buy anyway. I try and make it my goal to never pay full price for a loaf because you can get so many at marked down cost and then freeze them.crazy_cat_lady wrote: »I wombled a £10 voucher for d0min0s pizza. Cheers for thinking about me Bob
Things have been manic but now I'm at he hotel which was another freebie but booked last Novemberish, I can relax and actually tour the Island.
It's strange how old habits die hard. I've been walking about with my eyes glued o the pavements and beach, looking for roadkill!Living a frugal retirement without treading on the planet :T

I successfully wombled 10% off two large bags of compost today. No compost was missing and they taped the tears up for me. So saved £1.34Wombling £457.410 -
Hello wombles! Had a few days "daarn sowf" visiting all my girlfriends I've missed since moving to the back of beyond and I had a real blast
However, I nearly had a wombling disaster due to spotting 20p on the floor right in front of the underground escalator at Euston. The womble in me was delighted at my find and was halfway to picking it up before I remembered my case was already on the escalator going down, and that I was still holding the handle...cue banged shins and a slight stumble into the chap trying to get on, despite my best efforts... I was gutted it got away. The penny I found later really didn't make up for my loss...
Other than that I was fed and watered to my full satisfaction throughout my visit and taxied about like the Queen!
Six eggs today, so 60p to add to my total x0 -
dizzyimp this made me laugh because I would stop moving traffic for a penny so I would be gutted at missing out on 20p!
Not much to report as every day is a womble at the moment with my all inclusive hols! I was thinking today at how blessed I really am! Strangely though, I am thinking of ways to womble while I am in Ibiza...wonder if they will think I am just a crazy English women f I start haggling for freebies or stashing the toiletries from the bathroom!:D

Hi sashacat, cos stands for checkout smart and cs stands for clicksnap. They are cashback apps. Check them out. We've a few pennies here and there via their apps.
