Been really out of receipt uploads for over a week now. I've just started a new business, so all focus has gone into that.

But I received £5.86 amazon vouchers from Quidco, which is good. :money:

I found 5p roadkill on my way to the shop

Meal at Church after my Niece's Baptism which saved me the £4 I had been planning to spend on a takeaway Chinese meal on the way home. I was only expecting light refreshments after the Baptism. I also got a big slab of Iced fruit cake to take home and a slice of Iced sponge cake to take home for which I will claim £5 as there was 5 big slices of cake.

I found 4p on a cupboard floor at work

My new man bought me a 6 nuggets medium extra value meal at McDonald's for £4.49 and I then won a free McFlurry worth 99p in the Monopoly game :T

I bought a Sanctuary Box of Delights for £15.50 on eBay instead of the £45 it would have cost me in Boots saving me £29.50

    #33 current total = £1,372.62

Loving your womble report Sugarbaby - you're doing great!

I have some wombles and a couple of anti-wombles to report :(

My online food arrived an hour early today - luckily I had changed my plans, otherwise I would've miss it. Only a small shop with a 30p multiple-buy discount, which was erased by the carrier bag charge of 40p and once again half of my delivery was loaded loose and not bagged. Not impressed. What's the point of asking (and being charged) for bags if they aren't used?!

    -10p from that. Rant over.

My friend gave me a massive bag of boys clothes and shoes, some of which are nice, most not suitable or what I might've chosen personally, but I know how hard up she is, so I felt obliged to give her something for the haul. I might have paid a few quid for a couple of the items, but the quantity handed over dictates a larger donation and so I have passed on the tenner I was given by another friend for the clothes I'd given her, which were worth that and more IMHO.

Oh well - the textile recycling will get a big bag today and I'm reporting an anti-womble of £6.

    Boo :(

ETA - do I have to reduce my wombling total...?
  • Relative womble, my dad found £1 on the floor in the wood and gave it to me ;):)
  • Oh also got given a set of bathroom scales and a fish tank with accoutrements for free.

Sugarbaby125 sounds like a great day. And yum to the christening cake :)

Dizzy How kind to spare your friends feelings. No I don't think you need to reduce your total.
