    Glad to be here, i've been wombling all my life, i just didn't know that was the term for it. As a child i used to pick up money i found and use it to buy christmas presents each year.

    I haven't kept a good track of my wombling this year but here is some stats i do remember:

    Free Hello Fresh box- $36

    2 free costa drinks - $6

    Box of Porridge - $2.45

    Saved a lot of money on my first asda online shops- around $5

    saved $5.50 at tescos doing an online shop.

    Got given $10 WH smiths voucher at work

    had birthday lunch bought for me $10

    Easter Egg-$4

    Given $60 by parents in law to do a food shop

    and i picked up 1p the other day!!

    Total $138.96!

    I had been keeping track on a spreadsheet called 'savings' which i have now renamed 'wombling 2016'

    Sainsburys are ending their Brand Match at the end of April, apparently after deciding to just keep prices as low as possible rather than keep comparing against other retailers.

    Catch those coupons while you can!
