  • Happy birthday to Spendless & Whitesatin! :bdaycake: Hope that you had a lovely day.
A good life is when you assume nothing, do more, need less, smile often, dream big, laugh a lot, and realise how blessed you are.

Happy birthday, SPENDLESS and WHITESATIN, hope you've both had a fab day.

PRINCESSKITTY your jars are great, such a good idea. I think you're very brave doing a party for Wiggle and has friends lol. I bet they'll all have a lovely time especially with low light and lit up jars and tiger things.

NEWTHRIFT well done and n the cakes, I'm always in awe of anyone who can bake, or indeed cook, properly.

PINKSTEPS lovely to see you feeling well enough to post. Hope the injection lasts and helps as much or more than before. I love the idea of the window bird feeder.

CLUMSY yay for getting the antibiotics, at least if you haven't had them regularly they should work for you. Glad the emoji bracelet was as nice as you hoped, I bet she'll love it. DD has bought my DGD emoji bedding.

Getting on ok with my snow challenge although slower than expected because I absolutely had to go to Poundland, B&M and Home Bargains this afternoon :D will def get it done this evening though.
It's the most wonderful timeof the year :

Added Superdrug to the list! Spotted some great things for my nieces (emoji nail stickers, unicorn heat changing mug and a Peppa Pig bubble set that my little niece would love). :T They also have some beauty advent calendars if you're looking for that sort of thing.

  • Well we were all up at 5:30 again this morning! Oh I do hope Wiggle isn’t slipping back into his old ways of waking up at 5/5:30. He was doing really well and sleeping up until 6:30 most mornings so keeping my fingers crossed these last two days are a blip!

newthrift your cupcakes looked amazing! Well done. :T

Peppa sorry to hear you aren’t feeling great, I do hope you are better today. Ha ha yes I won’t feel so brave when my house has been turned upside down!

Clumsy I hope the antibiotics are working for you and that, as you say, it is just an infection so can be easily treated. Keeping my fingers crossed for you! I love it when the Boots gift guide comes out! I don’t know why as I don’t often buy much from there at Christmas but it’s another milestone for me beforehand. Thank you for the updated Christmas website list.

04624181 oh no I’m so sorry to hear your job is not going well, sometimes if it is making you feel that bad you have to cut your losses. I always find that when you’re miserable at work it starts affecting all other parts of your life too. Sending hugs. Ha ha I wish I could ship Wiggle out on a paper round at that time of the morning! :p Then he can pay me for being his slave! :rotfl:
  • Morning all
Peppa you are coping so well with the chemo I do admire you positivity and brave attitude. Hope you are feeling much better very soon
04624181 sorry to hear the job isn't working out as you'd hoped.
Clumsy hope the ab's improve things for you soon
Not much Christmassy stuff happening here I'm still trying to get the bedroom it back together after the decorating/carpet laying. I need to finish painting the wardrobe doors so they can come back in.

    Have a good day everyone.

  • A small heads up if anyone is looking for a PS4, the internet seemed to go mad last night with many shops selling it off (not the slim). Argos seemed the Best Buy with a bundle with Star Wars Lego game and blu-ray for £149.99 instead of £339.99. Most shops were £149.99 with different bundles ie Amaz0n, J0hn Lewis, G@meseek, $myths Toys etc. Very good offer if it is something on a Christmas list

    newthrift- those cakes looked fab!

Clumsy- hope you feel better soon once the antibiotics kick in. Thank you for updating the list. I was in House of Fraser yesterday and looked at their beauty advent calendar- tbh it didn't look amazing.

Free- washing all sorted now lol? After not know what those lightboxes were I have started seeing them in loads of places (but not as much of a bargain that you had)

Mrs Money-penny - you are like Mrs I, and Vulpix - Im sure you must have more than 24 hours in your day the amount of work you manage to cram in!

Peppa- another one done and out of the way x. Home Bargains , Poundland and B&M call out to me too lol (not cracked on with snow challenge yet unfortunately , must get a wriggle on) !

Princesskitty- Wiggle will settle down again eventually - (not much help in the meantime though) Those tea lights look wonderful and so effective!
04624181 - I totally agree with what others have said- no job is worth being ill over. I know its hard but walk away- something else will come along x (Im Ok thank you x)

    3fortheholidays- hope all is Ok?
Pinksteps- hope you are feeling the benefits of the injection more today. Blimey those are good prices for PS4 deals!

Plan for today- get a wiggle on with my snow challenge take 2, pick up the stag duvet cover order from Asda and a possible mooch in B&M.
Hope everyone is well and happy today xx
