Have made a few small sales this week of less than 50p after fees and I get a bit fed up sometimes too, but it's 50p that would be getting dusty in a cupboard if I hadn't done it. Plus, when you think about all those challenges people do where they aim to sell 1000 items in their house....well 1000 x 50p = £500! It's all money you didn't have and theres always things that will go for more than you planned to even the balance out. Keep at it and stay positive about the bigger picture. You're doing well!

Oh that's definitely not the norm for me. I don't usually get donations at all so it was very surprising!
Gonna stream again later today after my Tosco shop arrives, but probably won't get more money :rotfl:
Probably helps that I'm the only English-language Theme Hospital streamer on the entire site (there's one other gamer who plays it, but he's Russian and does his streams only in Russian) and folks love a bit of nostalgia.Aqua 0/1850 Cap.One 0/450 Vanquis 0/500 HSBC 0/100

Sold some books and door knobs this morning. I promised to give the book money to my daughter but I've got 15 more now. This afternoon I'm hoping to get rid of a football table, chalk paint and a tray. It's amazing what people will buy...Trying to keep in budget.

Is chalk paint that stuff that turns walls etc into chalkboards? Man, if I wasn't short-let private renting and thus actually allowed to decorate my own house I'd absolutely cover an entire wall in that stuff.
Another £4 on fleabay just now - they got lucky as I'm off to the PO in an hour!Aqua 0/1850 Cap.One 0/450 Vanquis 0/500 HSBC 0/100

Where are you selling all this stuff so quickly?0 -
£29.27 arrived in my bank from Amazon. The postman's just brought 2x£5 Love2Shop vouchers from 2 different postal surveys. They're a bit slow getting these sent nowadays, these relate to surveys up to 20th December so there should be 2 more on their way anytime soon. Probably won't get them before end of Jan though:(
Was just driving home and saw a banner outside a village hall not too far away advertising a table-top sale tomorrow morning. Would never have known about it normally now we've cancelled the local paper. I only came home that way on a whim. Never been to that one before, it's a bit off the beaten track but I've just phoned and booked a table so will just keep my fingers crossed for customers;). All the tables have now been booked (I was the last one) so might be worthwhile going. There don't seem to be any other sales on anywhere and I get withdrawal symptoms if I can't stand behind a table selling tat:rotfl:
Now to organise my stuff and load the car after the pouring rain stops. Not going to take so much this time, I only ever sell a fraction of it. People are bound to want whatever I've left behind though, that's always the way:rotfl:0 -
Apparently amazon are running this offer for today (22nd Jan) only. There are t&c's but might be useful for some people
