Been a bit behind with everything this last week due to one reason or another but still managed to muster up the energy to take back the remaining gifts and received £27.46 in various gift cards. Also received £20 from my mum for some help I gave her with her computer a couple of weeks ago.
Still have loads of stuff to list on eBay/Gumtree once I find the time so still hoping to reach target by the end of the month.£10 a day challenge 2015: £772.72 * January 2016 £116.15/£310 * November 2016 £257.18/£300

Productive week on eBay last week;
£55 for an old phone I found stashed in my SS's drawer
£50 for a broken iPad
£50 for a broken netbooks
£45 partners work trousers (only worn for 4 days)
£17 for an old top
Got 46 things listed on But it Now ranging from £5 to £50
Step daughter bringing her old working iPad on Wednesday so that can be listed. Nothing left in the house to sell so I'll be raiding my partners shed/workshop for old tools.
Joined all the lotteries on the introduction page so fingers crossed!
Wow, Shell, what a result:j:T:beer:
I wish I had some used/broken devices to sell, I need to list and sell about 100 small items of pure tat to make half that amount of money:o
Let's hope my ship will really come in when I sell my postcards:j. At the rate I'm being sidetracked reading the messages on them and researching the stamps though I won't be holding my breath for it being any time soon;)0 -
Something eventually became payable on TCB (I've only been waiting for it for 3 months:rotfl:), so that's £9.50 to add to the pot. Not much but I don't buy much these days anyway;)
Nothing else to report, sadly, as Amazon payments are still in transit so won't be added yet.
I'm in awe of all the money everyone's making:T. January is turning out to be a great month for many:j.
Have another good money-making day, everyone:beer:0 -

How many have you listed to have 2 superfast sales like that?
Thanks! I've been converted to an amazon lover too. I only listed about 20 items, so I'm quite shocked. My prices were about the same as what everyone else was offering for stuff in the same condition and wasn't anything particularly rare (just a Wii game and a DVD). I've not bothered to list anything that doesn't give me at least £3 after fees and postage. I don't know how people make money listing things for a penny!Money made on etsy in April: £0

Great:T
I only sell books on there now and haven't had much experience with the profitability of other items.
I did once sell a pair of expensive used-once night-vision binoculars though, my first ever Amazon sale and I was hooked from then on. I had them listed on eBay at the same time (not really such a good idea;)) without a sniff of interest. That's the only time I listed anything on eBay as a BIN as I knew what I'd be prepared to accept for them. I put them on Amazon after about 2 weeks of no interest on eBay for a slightly higher amount to cater for Amazon's higher fees and they sold the next day:j
Oh yes, I forgot, I sold a brand new box set of The Waltons DVDs once (a prize win) which according to the buyer never turned up:mad:. I had to refund her but as they didn't cost me anything in the first place I shouldn't complain;). The refund process was dead simple as is everything I've encountered with selling on Amazon:j
Good Luck with the rest of your listings:beer:0 -
£2.55 in roadkill at home lol.
£2 down settee, 50p on carpet, and 5p in the hoover :rotfl:0 -
Woke up to £6 eBay sales this morning. Got 78 listings done in the end. 4 have already sold. So currently got 145 items for sale
Pared down my DVD collection to a single (long) shelf. So getting rid of about half of them because I almost never watch my DVDs? There are very very few films I will want to watch more than once.
Also put up a couple of the more expensive books, some accessories, and the rest of the records so fingers crossed.
That puts me at £196.22 for the month. Barely above target now after a super slow few days.Aqua 0/1850 Cap.One 0/450 Vanquis 0/500 HSBC 0/100

Phew, my book just sold on Amazon so after postage I made a whopping £1.85 :rotfl: Still, I got it for half price, read it and now get £1.85 for the pleasure of decluttering my shelf! I've not posted it yet so I'll not add the money to my total til it's in my bank account.0
