Just a quick update from me. I've redeemed a £5 Am@zon voucher from sw@gbucks and a £10 points redeem from luckyphone. I've listed a few bits on fb but nothing has sold yet.
Well done on your earnings everyone.

carbootcrazy wrote: »Thanks for the 'heads up' about the latest eBay listings offer Procrastinater and lexbubbles:T. Just had a look and I've got the 100 free listings too but only 10% off FV fees:(. Mustn't grumble though as I never used to get the free 100 listings that everyone else used to get, now I'm being offered them practically every other week:rotfl:.
After my last eBay marathon I only had a few bits left and didn't bother to relist as it was very low value stuff and I took them to the charity shop instead. Might have a search for some fresh stuff to list but it's so darn cold here today (plenty of lying snow) that I'm definitely not going out to search the sheds or garage. I've sold practically everything saleable from in the house already;). Looks like it's the cat next then:rotfl:
Good to see you've started getting the offers CBC  - I try to use some of them whenever they pop up - but never manage the whole 100 - so I think maybe that keeps them "knowing" I have stuff to sell and possibly keeps them "trying to encourage me - (Note my "handle" )
Speaking of cats - my ex used to sell "cat connected stuff" and made a fair few bob out of it - There's loads of people mad keen on cats !
Not my thing tho' so I'm happy to pass on the hint ! :A0 -

Time to psych myself up for listing as many things as humanly possible.
Sounds a bit like my day! Heinz BBQ Beans are reduced to 50p in Asda (normally 99p I think) so I stocked up too
And I listed as much as I could find on ebay and Amazon. One item of mine ended tonight and I can add £21.25 to my total. My 'things to ebay' box is fairly empty now though. Must look out a few other things. Clothes and shoes are next on my hitlist....0 -

What game did you play Lex ?
The tourneys I talk about are "Texas Holdem" - where you have a fixed entry cost and it pays the last few standing with the one who finishes 1st getting the main draw.
Advantages are that you know how much you stand to lose and everyone starts with the same stakes. I like to keep it that way as my great grandfather is reputed to have lost a Velvet factory playing poker in the states ! :rotfl:
Anyway 4 tourneys today 3 non-scoring although I was well placed in the last 10 in the third and should have folded (but didn't) and finished 10th !
The other one I won - so just $2.32 net profit to add today from that !
Now I'm wondering whether to continue at this level or step up to the $0.50 ones  - Maybe I should stay for a while since it's taken a long time to feel competent at this level - but then if you don't go forward, you don't improve do you ?0
