I have sold apartments in Cyprus, Italy and Spain. Hope additional info won't disturb your nerves too much ;)
Not at all. The 'additional information' clarifies your original post, which was very misleading. Have a nice evening.

    You're right...indeed I was not specific enough.

Anyways, if we are talking...Has anybody heard of Wequire.co.uk? A representative of their company recently contacted me and told some interesting future plans to launch in the UK after closing a test period in Budapest.

The idea is saving money for homeowners by skipping estate agents -> https://wequire.co.uk/

They seem to be really small even for Budapest, I am thinking if they are maybe a subsidiary of a larger UK firm...anybody heard of them?

  • I am selling my leasehold flat.  I have a cash buyer for the flat but the freeholder is stalling with regard to LP1 paperwork. Is there anything I can do - my solicitor keeps chasing but to no avail.
