It's for my mums best friend, she's been drooling over the one I did for mum last year so doing one for her but much smaller and less colours!

Can I rejoin the group,it's seem to be ages since I dropped in,
I have finished a babies sampler and a Christmas stocking (pics on flicker)for new granddaughter who arrived in November,a long for granddaughter. I might add😍😍😍
So much lovely work has been done,hope to catch up,
New year,new projects to be done,my aim is to use up all the projects
That are lurking in sewing basket(cupboards)some I even forgot about!!!

I've said I don't really stitch Valentine's designs but this freebie from Passione Ricamo could tempt me. And of course I would stitch it using fabric and threads from stash

I know that some people are very strict when they resolve to cut down on stash but personally I don't count freebie designs which I can download and save on the iPad so I don't even incur printing costs.

Happy New Year to you all. I woke up with a headache despite the fact that I was the designated driver last night and only drank soda and lime - that is so unfair!! Hope you all had fun whatever you were doing.

Lovely to see everyone's updates - such talent amongst us lol! Congrats on the new DGD Mrs Ceejay.

Here is my latest update on Sydney. I managed to finish the opera house roof and the surfing dude. It's amazing what you can get done when you don't have to go into work!! Might try some more later as the plan is to have a roast and watch Paddington as DH hasn't seen it yet.
