we were just in Prague, weather was great, blue skies and warm enough to have a beer outside. There were a few stags.
Other suggestions: Ljubljana is nice but small. Had a fab weekend in Porto in the summer. Zadar in Croatia is also nice, maybe more a summer place though. Our next trip will probably be Bratislava as have heard good things.0 -
Damn thought the stags would have peed off now. Put off:mad:0

There is another way to approach this that just occurred to me. If you really dont mind where you go why not be led by the price. So start on the low cost airlines web sites and just see where the cheapest flights are going to. Also remember that some of the biggest city destinations will have hidden gems. I lived in Berlin for 5 years and I know that many have been there and loved it, but what about the city of Potsdam just to the south which is well worth a visit on its own.0

Really not a problem, easy to avoid! just stay out of sports/Irish bars. We only encountered them when OH wanted to watch the match.0 -

I've been to Prague twice and loved it. It's fairly cheap and lots to see would highly recommend itFirst Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0
