    That depends.

When my husband (Blue Badge holder) and I went to the supermarket, he never knew til we arrived whether he would be up to leaving the car. If he didn't I would go in alone but he still needed to be near the entrance so that he could get out and use the loo if necessary or so I could look out and see whether he was ok, neither of which would be possible from elsewhere in the car park.

And thereby hangs the tale, so few places have proper facilities for disabled people, it's on the news a lot. In the small Tesco's there is no loo, a few drains though

    You're lucky you're not beamergal then! :D
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • The board is indeed unfriendly. I've been ripped apart on several occasions by "bedroom Buccaneers". Individuals who can slag me off from the comfort of their Mums boxroom. In Enfield.

I know, same for me BUT ..... it has been pointed out about the Forum Etiquette and hopefully notice will be taken of it

You caused the upset by creating a spoof thread, then sparked a row by criticising people who gave advice for not spotting you were "joking".

The person you complain about is banned from posting here now(presumably that will give you great satisfaction!)

This board is far from unfriendly.

Those that get some home truths and told to !!!!!! have deserved it due to their continual posting of incorrect advice

Firm but fair IMO - Not unpleasant/uncalled for!

Also remember that as well as the etiquette guide, the posting guide also contains a caveat about individual boards having their own rules/ethos etc.

You never have corrected your advice

And you quentin have never apologised to me for blatantly posting hogwash.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
