Thanks guys :DWell we landed back home today and am feeling the Vegas withdrawal symptoms already :(

We did make the most of those last two days! We went to sea restaurant with a Groupon on Saturday, which wasn't great to be honest and walked a bit of the strip. On Sunday we did cowabunga bay waterpark in henderson with a groupn, the high roller with a travelzoo deal and hotels along the way. My son who had the chickenpox, only didn't take part in the water park . Apart from the stress of San Diego, we had a wonderful time. I'll do proper highs and lows when I actually feel human, lol. I'm already planning next year,:D

welcome back, traveller - glad the last part of the trip was better than the first.

I saw it an hour after we had booked some Myvegas free nights there. I can't see us doing a lot of pool based activities in November, but I am concerned about them maybe cutting us off from the monorail if that area is going to close altogether.

    We will see.

that's what we thought too, also just the general cut-through to Aria would be a shame to lose.

    Hi
Does anyone know how I can tell if a Penn and Teller show has been cancelled?
I booked tickets on ticketmaster for Monday 22nd. They are still showing in my account but if you search the event says no tickets available right now.

I had an email off a Virgin rep saying she heard it was cancelled. I have emailed ticketmaster but nothing.

I even called the rio the guy sounded dippy at first ;he said it wasn't cancelled then I said a rep told me it was he ,the said let me check and replied yea I think it is.

So totally confused. If it is hopefully ticketmaster will refund and soon.

The show we had tickets for last year was cancelled. Pretty sure Ticketmaster emailed me and when I checked my credit card account they'd already refunded it a bit before sending the email

hi and how worrying , it being so close to your trip!

Can you contact the rio again and try to get another guy who is not dippy? or maybe contact the rio via facebook?

do Penn and Teller show have like a website/facebook site with info on it?

I can understand how worrying it is, had a similar situation back in our trip in june, though it worked out for us( i was worried sick it ll be cancelled :( )
    hope this helps
