Here's the route from the airport to the Venetian on Google Maps just to give you an idea of the geography of the area:

Photome, it's Swenson north from the airport, then Paradise north after Harmon. Paradise is one way from Harmon southbound.

Easiest way is to say surface streets only please.

There is a lot of construction around the tunnel south of the airport at the moment. The roads are being upgraded and it's awful. The buses to the car rental place are warning you to leave plenty of time when you bring the car back because the buses between the rental centre and airport are experiencing delays.

    Hope that helps.

Any tips for getting a good deal on Britney Spears tickets? We have sorted tics for ufc200 and a shooting range but i rezlly want to see Britney. Tickets through the website are quite expensive but i wonderdd if it is better to buy in advance or wait until we get there.

ive been following the vegas threads for the last year and am getting really ecited now - just over 50 days to go.

It's 5 years since we last went (27 days to go till we are there again *yay*) but we got some 1/2 price tickets for a couple of shows from those ticket booths that they have on the Strip. There was one at the Fashion Mall across from Wynn that we went to. I don't know if they'd have them for Britney, but there were loads of shows to choose from, and there were plenty of staff going up and down the line asking who we wanted to see and telling us if there were tickets left.
We also saw George Michael the time before and that was at MGM Grand, and it was a case of just going up to the customer service desk thingy, and they had a few that were cheaper than the websites.
Some of the other peeps on here who are far more helpful than myself can probably tell you more, but that's how we did it anyway.
HTH and you manage to save a few quid :)

We bought Britney tickets straight from the Axis box office. I don't think it was expensive. The resellers bump them up a lot.

Axis theatre is well set out and even in the cheap seats you get a good view of the stage.
