  • I've got my £20 voucher and found some headphones for under £20. I put my details in and it doesn't work! My number is not recognised. Now I have to phone that 0800 number and find out why. Grrr

It's just a battery and a voltage regulator in a plastic tube.

    Who told you that?

I think you know too much....

Drat. What I actually want is £20 credit against my monthly EE bill.

I don't have an EE mobile, and it took repeated calls for them to manually tweak my eligibility for the PowerBar and Wuaki.tv.

There is every likelihood that the voucher will not work for me this time either.

It is nothing but trouble any way. I got stopped at the airport,. because I took out the PC, tablet and mobile, but forgot the PowerBar in the hand luggage. If I look Arabic, Alah knows what would have happened.

I just might take them up on the offer if it arises again - sounds pretty good odds there will be another product recall and I will be quids-in to the tune of £20.

They asked did I get a text, I didn't , so I showed them my EE statement (broadband, landline and TV), because I have no EE mobile. They would take the Power Bar, but not give a £20 voucher. So I kept the Power Bar.

Couldn't even pay for my Line Rental Saver in the shop. Have to call.

LOL its not like you are a EE customer?? they must want a law suit, a charge bar and a EE modem both overheating in your home.

Went into the EE store but they wouldn't give me the £20 voucher as I didn't have a text. I registered for the offer on TMobile PAYG but I don't still have the original text. Anybody else had this problem?

What is the law regarding this? I would have thought you would be entitled to your money back given the product is clearly faulty!

I have a power bar but am not an EE customer and a voucher is of very little or no use to me!

    TIA

They never asked me for a text, but if they do just get a mate to text you the messagt and change the name in your phonebook to "EE"
