I think they mean My Hermes Parcel Shop. Normally it takes a day or two less than a courier picking it up from their home. It is still far from service that you could compare to 1st class post, more closer to 2nd class.

Have you heard back from the seller?

Recently I bought an item which was listed as Royal Mail delivery, the dispatched email said that it was being delivered by Collect +. Which I wasn't happy about.

It was, however, the postie that turned up with it.

So may just be an error somewhere.

If it had been dropped off at a parcel shop the tracking would show up almost immediately.

Not so far, I sent the email at 08:11 this morning so it's possible they're at work.

The Hermes tracking link is still showing no activity at all.

Estimated delivery on the listing was today or tomorrow (estimated 3-4 working days) and I paid for the item Saturday lunchtime so 3-4 working days would be (from Monday) today or tomorrow.

    Hi
The email from them said my parcel was being sent by Hermes and gave a tracking number.
I've clicked on it this morning and there's no information at all - it doesn't even say it has been collected by the courier so I'm hoping that I've picked this up in sufficient time for them to change the delivery method.
    Still no tracking information showing.

    Marvellous (not)!
So my parcel could have been on its way to me for 24 hours by totally the wrong delivery method and I've got no idea where it is or when its going to be delivered!
