What does the law say about falsifying information?
I suspect it says it is an offence and prosecution may follow.
The fact that the OP gave false information at the start does not invalidate anything that I have said. It does however show me to have been fooled.
I have therefore deleted all reference to the subject matter as it is not now relevant to this case.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

So now we are back to square one.
You appeal AS KEEPER using the template in the NEWBIES thread exactly as it is, on the day it tells you to appeal.
You should also edit any and all of your posts to ensure that only the events that actually happened on the day appear on this site, and hope the parking company doesn't have screen grabs of your previous posts.I married my cousin. What would it matter if they had screen grabs of what I originally said? It was only talking about lying not actually lying. I've signed nothing confirming the validity of my previous posts either
For that matter what would it matter if they had print screens of me on this forum? I've been asking for advice as the keeper after the driver got a ticket? It does not change my letter to them or how they are in the wrong0 -

It does not change my letter to them or how they are in the wrongMy very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
