I see mine every 6 months never asked if I could go every 12 months . Just thought they would take me off their books if I didn't go twice a year
I think the last time I went was this march to get a referral for a hospital appointment for my tooth removal. These don't count I now know.

I don't need glitches. I've got a total of £9.26 from the wombles today, which, considering I spent (in APGs) £4:eek: - gosh I didn't realise I spent so much! - on a series of 'not enough items' shops, but then I did buy £1.30 milk and also some apples at 80p (SP apples turn out to contain 7 apples for me, which works out at about 69p for 6 or roughly same price as the 'offer' apples in T), so not too bad really.
Not much to report - one of them bought some Plenty Kitchen Towels 6 pack at £4.50 vs £3 (v.expensive for kitchen towels in my view) in M, which was needed given that they bought some Hellmann's Mayonnaise at £2:( which compared badly vs there and ended up with a viable voucher amount but not even the difference on the kitchen towels. The best one bought two of the Dairy Box 360g at expensive £6.50:T each vs still expensive £5:eek: each at T and the White Potatoes didn't lose out vs there. It's amazing how little chocolate people are prepared to buy probably "because it's Christmas" and because it's those boxes that they give as presents. (Indeed, perhaps sometimes it is being helpful to us as people seem not to feel emotional worth in something if they buy someone a gift at low price. They are therefore prepared to pay more:T in order for them to feel that they are giving something worth more to someone else, whereas in reality it's all probably more a psychological trick:D:rotfl:.)0 -
Good morning all. Has anyone who has used the Am3x offer in SuperD had emails overnight reminding them to use it, even when they have already?
Many thanks

Strange - have you checked your Amex - I got my 2 Amex straight aw away but now I think about it there should be 3 of them - have to go and have another look
I got a reminder about the Pizza Express on - spend £30 get £10 back - I had forgotten about this one“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
That's now £10.11:rotfl::money:, should I decide to claim that last one. Although the white potatoes and parsnips may be losing us except against T (and Tenderheart Cabbage is definitely one to buy separately and on a non-APG shop as it compares badly vs everywhere - and nowhere else now price-matches A's price on it), I'm still having good comps. T itself is pretty price-keen at the moment so it is helping, meaning that it's still the case for me that a minority of receipts actually are 10% cheaper.0

My dentist sends a text when I'm due for a check up and it has a link in it which lets me log in and make the appointment myself. Very modern0
