    As if:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    I am watching big build think its called:o so so sad:(

    DD2 watched the documentary on domestic abuse last night, some nasty memories surfaced for me about my ex. I wanted to turn it off but I just kept thinking how lucky I am.....just awful and so sad what it leads to for some. :(

    This time of year always haunts me even though over 28 years later I should be able to bury it deep, it always surfaces. I can remember the last year we were together not being able to wear a little black dress to the xmas party at work, I had to go out and buy a long sleeved high neck blouse to wear.

    I have such a wonderful family now it's sad that all these years later someone still has a bit of a hold on me. :mad:

    Sorry if this hits a nerve with anyone :o, it has not been a secret I have mentioned it before here, and it does help a bit to offload it so thank you for listening. :A

    I hope it explains why I have been a bit quiet lately......

    Thank you for all the replies re the tesco/morries vouchers. Looks like we are going to have to be patient.

    Altojack - I too bought all the papers, stamps and envelopes for my grown up kids like you do! Sad I know.
    Been on argos website all afternoon trying to think what to buy without spending more than £2.50 x 2. All I can find so far is sandwich tins, playdough and frozen sticker books. Will keep looking. Trouble is loads of things are £2.49!

    I left loads on the shelf (large store), had to get SA to help me find Becks shower gel though, I only wanted to make up 3 sets with deo. Think someone may have been trying to hide it as there were 2 strategically placed different shower gels in front of them. :eek:
