Been on argos website all afternoon trying to think what to buy without spending more than £2.50 x 2. All I can find so far is sandwich tins, playdough and frozen sticker books. Will keep looking. Trouble is loads of things are £2.49![/QUOTE]
Hi Matty...I've just been looking too and I'm going to get some of the Habitat glasses. They look really nice. There are some for £1 each but some nicer ones for £2.50. I like my glasses mismatched so they will be fine for meperkypam123 wrote: »Is there any printable coupon on the dairy Cadbury fingers

The only present I have bought arrived today, pillows from groupon for DS3 (strangely it is what he asked for). So I am going to get white pillow cases for 2 for £2.50 for him............. talk about rubbish gifts!:D:D:D:D:D
When I asked DS2 what he wanted for xmas, he said 'surprise me' well he will be surprised as I have not been shopping....:D:D:D:D100 -

Thanks TM, every year I hope that the next I will leave it behind, and I think I have actually managed a few times, but sometimes it is difficult, we can't control our bloomin memories.
I was ok this year until I wrote one of my xmas cards on Tuesday. :mad:0 -

You don't have to leave things behind and some things are so bad you never will. It's not a bad thing, it keeps you grounded and makes you appreciate how much you have moved on and what you have now. your current family will have benefited from that greatly.
Don't be a victim......the person that made you feel so bad has given you what you have now, the tools to have a successful relationship and a happy family. You won0 -

What terrible situations some people have to live in.
I'm home alone with DS2 tonight. He's been wall bouncing and window licking because not only does he have a 1pm finish tomorrow but he has to wear a xmas jumper as well. That 2 things too far removed from the routine in one day.
I've not helped things by neglecting laundry duties latelyhe came down at bedtime with a pair of PJs on.....the bottoms were just below his knees and looked like they had been spray painted on and the top was above his belly button
:o how he got in them is beyond me! :rotfl: he came in and said 'eh mum, is there any clean pyjamas because I'm not sure these fit me anymore'
After I peeled them off him and looked at the label, they are age 8-9and he's in man sized clothes as of the last 6 months. I must've missed these languishing at the bottom of the drawer. I must have a laundry day instead of living out of the drier
I actually hit the bottom of the ironing pile last Friday. :j That has to only be the second time since being part of the Elite.:rotfl:
I never know how these things manage to escape our notice, I found an age 12 t shirt hanging in DD3's wardrobe a few weeks back. And I have definitely sorted through it at least 3 times in the last 6 years.
I hope DS2 gets through tomorrow without too much trauma, if all the school are wearing Xmas jumpers does that not make it "official" uniform for the day.0
