Hello everyone, did anyone miss me :D I just slipped away into the sunset.

Nice trip to Madeira, Canaries and Lisbon, perfect seas in both direction, just got back at 3.30 this afternoon
    - taxi from the port, an hour wait at Southampton central, train to Oxford, bus replacement to Banbury, train from Banbury to Brum New Street and then a final train for the last leg of the journey, walk to the car, Aldi, dump cases at home and go to collect the cats, knackered out

    - already on the 2nd load of washing.

already fallen out with OH as he idea of a good time is to take me to Aldi on the way home and then he insists I have time to watch 2 hour of Eastenders - why????

    House is freezing cold

I logged off MSE and out of FB and went totally without the internet so apart from over hearing that Cumbria is 6 foot deep in water and there is snow in the north east I have been living on a different planet.

Main computer needed 19 updates and 1250 emails downloading, only 5% of use, ipad and iphone all needed updates before anything would work so Ive had to leave them to get on with it.

You moved house while I was away - anything exciting that I missed?

right I will be back tomorrow if I ever catch up, just need to do the grisly business of making sure all bills were paid whilst we were away
Sounds lovely. Of course you were missed, nice to have you back. :)

I am not being cynical - learning to use APG properly should be workable for most people, or simply using vouchers or uploading a receipt for CS, CoS, Shopit etc, but I cannot even get my family on board with those simple techniques :o.

    Anon

PS - Clubcard points will come in handy too.

It's not simple for most people though - most people, it seems, find it incredibly complicated (or else assume it is overly time-consuming - in fact it can consume time but not overly so).
No it's funny isn't it. All the years I have been doing this and my friends and family all say I don't know how you do it, I say I will show you but they just arent interested. I don't mean APG because I've only got to grips with that myself this year thanks to my friend :hello:

People generally, it seems, just doesn't understand it. Or, otherwise, they are not interested and that's because it is not interesting to most people but is boring and tedious to many people's brains. It's very much a specialist minority pursuit - fortunately, as if everyone did this no supermarkets could ever have any price promise schemes as they won't find any profit in them at all!

Sorry, I was assuming you meant APG and have just read that you didn't mean that:o - but let's continue to pretend that you did so my point in my post isn't ruined!
