Is there any way to stop my log-in details for these forums from being remembered? I clicked "remember me" about a week ago as I was having delays logging in but, somewhat creepy, the details - my username and password - are now automatically filled in no matter what I try to do to reset.

Log out then login in with the remember me box unticked ?

Failing that do as above but delete cookies before you log in again.

I've deleted cookies, I've logged off, I've switched off the machine, unplugged it, switched it back on again - it's still filling the details in - it's doing it everytime despite powering off, obviously, day after day - I've logged off, switched off, disconnected my modem, changed my IP address and it still knows who I am! How is it doing that? It automatically comes back filled with "Savvybuyer" and "[my password]". Is it something from Google, collecting all my data and passwords, that I need to delete?

Under the box where you enter your password there is a tick box which says keep me logged in.

It also sounds like you may need to go to your privacy settings within your browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE etc) as you may have enabled auto fill.
